Mold Removal Project Reviews
IICRC Certifies Companies for the Mold Removal Industries

Why is mold growing in my home? Molds are part of the natural environment. Outdoors, molds play a part in nature by breaking down dead organic matter such as fallen leaves and dead trees, but indoors, mold growth should be avoided.
Molds reproduce by means of tiny spores; the spores are invisible to the naked eye and float through outdoor and indoor air. Mold may begin growing indoors when mold spores land on surfaces that are wet. There are many types of mold, and none of them will grow without water or moisture.

Some mold removal projects will not require our services, but many do. We take the utmost precautions when remediating mold to protect customers and technician from excessive mold exposure. We always recommend a 3rd party Mold Inspector for our projects to ensure integrity through-out the process.

When cleaning mold, we use advanced cleaning solutions and mold remediation techniques. We remediate using only the best HEPA filtration systems to ensure containment of mold spores.

If discretion is required please inform us on the first phone call.
Project Managers produce detailed documentation:
 - Detailed quote.
 - Project Scope. Making sure both parties are in agreement about what work needs to be performed.
 - Project Plan: Some projects require coordination with other contractors (roofers, plumbers). We create a detailed plan with times, dates and responsibilities.
